Who we are

What we collect

Enquiries: your name, company, email address, phone number, the topic you choose and your message.

Job applications: your name, mobile number, email address, the role you apply for, your years of experience, whether you are in the UAE, your CV and any message you add.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as health, religion or Emirates ID numbers through this website. Please do not include them in your CV or message.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to send you our company profile or prequalification documents.

To assess your job application and, with your consent, to keep your CV on file and contact you about future vacancies.

To keep this website secure and free of spam.

Who receives it

Enquiries go to our office team and job applications go to our HR team, by email. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

To run this website we use service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection), Resend (delivery of form emails) and Microsoft (our company email). Some of them may process data outside the UAE, under their own data-protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as part of our normal business correspondence.

CVs are kept on file so we can consider you for future vacancies, until you ask us to delete them.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from attacks. Any visitor statistics we collect are anonymous and do not use cookies.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time.
